Job summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer for the Agentic Platform. This remote role involves working with enterprise clients to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agent workflows, traveling as needed to support engagements.

You will influence platform evolution, build reusable solutions, and contribute to large-scale AI adoption initiatives while communicating complex concepts to stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of software engineering in enterprise environments.
• 10+ years of consulting or client-facing technical delivery.
• 2+ years using AI-assisted software development practices.
• Hands-on with LLMs, AI agents, orchestration, prompts, or evaluation systems.
• Proficient in APIs, integrations, microservices, and cloud infra.
• Experience translating business requirements to scalable tech solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Able to work independently and travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Understand client workflows and identify AI-driven automation opportunities.
• Design and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows in production.
• Prototype, measure outcomes, and refine based on feedback.
• Translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Build reusable AI components and frameworks.
• Collaborate with platform engineering to improve functionality.
• Develop scalable APIs and cloud-based AI integrations.
• Support customer deployments and product enhancements.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout projects.
