FullStack, a remote-first AI-native engineering partner, seeks Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect and ship AI-powered solutions.
You will run discovery with stakeholders, design end-to-end agentic systems, and own delivery from data sourcing to evaluation. Excellent English, 5+ years of software development, and experience with LLM workflows are required.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience shipping agentic AI solutions and LLM workflows.
Responsibilities
- Discover. Run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
- Structure the process and the spec for automated business processes.
- Architect & design agentic systems end to end: data sourcing, embeddings, retrieval, integration.
- Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, eval tooling, data flows.
- Operate Day 2: monitoring, observability, cost and latency management.
- Consult with CTOs, VPs, and senior leaders on decisions and scope.
- Support pre-sales scoping and proposals when needed.
