Job summary

DeWinter Group is seeking an Ai-Forward Engineer to drive the deployment of data and AI platforms for enterprise clients. The role combines engineering, technical consulting, and post-sales delivery to operationalize advanced AI in complex environments.

You will work with client teams to analyze architectures, design deployment strategies, and ensure secure, scalable data pipelines end-to-end across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid setups.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in data engineering, platform engineering, or systems integration within distributed environments.
• Proven track record implementing complex software platforms in customer settings.
• Proficiency with Spark, Trino, Airflow and similar data tools.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes and cloud/hybrid infrastructures.
• Experience translating customer requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding and deployment for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with customer data, infrastructure, security, and engineering teams.
• Analyze customer architectures to develop tailored deployment strategies.
• Guide integration of data layers for AI and analytics use cases.
• Configure and optimize data-processing, security, and governance technologies.
• Support Kubernetes-based deployments and troubleshoot issues.
