Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent field.
• 6+ years of software engineering, client-facing experience in Investment Management.
• Willingness to travel 20-25% on average.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic client accounts.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client architectures and objectives.
• Translate complex concepts into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with client teams to configure and publish data products.
• Define data product structure including schema, ownership, SLAs, and governance attributes.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and runbooks.
• Accelerate client time-to-value by enabling teams to build confidently.
