Qualifications

• Engineering education or quantitative business background.
• Shipped real software and understand version control, PRs, testing and CI/CD.
• Experience with forward-deployed, customer-facing roles or GTM engineering preferred.
• Business sense: understands pipelines, conversions and ICP metrics.

Responsabilités

• Ship client systems by translating business objectives into working GTM tech across CRM, data warehouses, APIs and agents.
• Own and enhance the internal platform and Snowflake data layer used by client work.
• Build and maintain an agent-reviewed quality loop and CI/CD for GTM work.
• Turn one-off deliveries into reusable playbooks for agents to execute.
• Experiment with models/tools, document decisions, and improve AI reflexes across reviews and PRs.
