Artisan AI, Inc. is seeking a hands-on, in-person role in San Francisco or New York to own deployment of our GTM system for large customers.

You will design segmentation, ICPs, account ownership, and campaign priorities across divisions and regions, while building an integrated intent signal strategy and autonomous outbound controls. You will collaborate with sales leadership, RevOps, IT, and legal to deploy CRM integrations, ensure data hygiene, and scale from pilot to broader organization.

Qualifikationen

• Three+ years in GTM engineering, RevOps, sales strategy, or enterprise solutions consulting.
• Experience deploying systems into organizations with hundreds of sellers.
• Ability to own pipeline and explain improvement decisions.
• Familiarity with CRM object models, field quality, role hierarchies, and ownership rules.
• Ability to work with CRO, RevOps leaders, and engineers and build consensus.
• Able to convert unclear customer problems into system designs and rollout plans.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 50%.

Aufgaben

• Design each customer's GTM system across segmentation, ICPs, accounts, scoring, and campaigns.
• Build the intent signal strategy and assess frequency, usefulness, and cost.
• Define autonomous outbound operations including rules, approvals, and library controls.
• Own deployment across CRM integration, data hygiene, sending infrastructure, deliverability, and messaging.
• Coordinate with security, procurement, and data processing requirements.
• Own account performance and review pipeline by campaign and team.
• Lead on-site discovery, scoping, rollout workshops, and executive reviews.
• Partner with sales on large opportunities and plan tool replacement where Artisan fits.
• Bring customer problems back to product and engineering to shape enterprise roadmap.
