• Strong and fast: Python, SQL, APIs, and data pipelines.

• Full-stack enough to ship usable apps for non-technical teams.
• High judgment to diagnose business problems and decide what to build.

Responsibilities

• Embed with a portfolio company and identify the problem worth solving.
• Deliver a working prototype in 48 hours, then move to production in ~4 weeks.
• Stay accountable until the software works, creates value, and is owned by the customer.
• Collaborate with founders, operators, and PE deal/value-creation teams.
