You will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions inside customer environments, handling multi-agent orchestration, grounding, and tool‑calling logic from day one. You’ll join an agile deployment pod, collaborating with AI engineers and deployment strategists to connect advanced agents to Salesforce Data Cloud and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production AI or enterprise integration deployed to production.
• Proficiency in one modern language: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Hands-on AI/grounding experience with LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, vector search indexes, and knowledge retrievers.
• Experience with API design (REST/SOAP/webhooks) and agent protocols (MCP, tool calling, event-driven messaging).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions inside customer environments.
• Architect real-time grounding systems and multi-agent orchestration layers.
• Develop APIs and integration pipelines to connect Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, and core ERPs.
• Implement agent communication protocols and tooling for robust multi-agent workflows.
• Create telemetry dashboards to monitor performance, health, and business outcomes.
• Bridge frontline deployments with Salesforce product/engineering teams to inform roadmaps.
