Day to day, you will meet Fortune 500 clients to sell our IT talent and solutions, build lasting relationships with IT Hiring Managers, and drive revenue by prospecting new accounts. You will mentor recruiters and lead client communications to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in competitive, fast-paced sales environments.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; willingness to travel locally.
Responsibilities
- Meet with Fortune 500 clients to sell IT talent and project solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with IT Hiring Managers through regular meetings.
- Generate revenue by prospecting new accounts via LinkedIn, calls, and events.
- Submit qualified candidates to client positions; prep candidates for interviews.
- Mentor recruiters and maintain account communication and issue resolution.
