This global company specializes in engagement solutions for Fortune 1000 clients, offering services that boost employee engagement, customer loyalty, sales incentives and channel partner programs to drive better results.

The position is hybrid but must be in the office at least three days per week, and candidates must reside in the greater Cleveland, OH area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of direct B2B sales calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
• Proven track record in new business development selling professional services.
• Experience selling large deals ($250k+ per sale).
• Experience with 3–12 month sales cycles.
• Stable career history with max 4 jobs in 10 years.
• Strong revenue growth through lead generation.

Responsabilités

• Identify accounts, develop an entry strategy, conduct prospecting campaigns, build relationships, and work with SMEs to create and execute a solution that meets the customer's objectives.
