Bilco Brick is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow our Fort Worth-area presence. You will drive revenue by cultivating new business and expanding relationships with builders, architects, and distributors.

The role emphasizes independent territory management, showroom visits, and proactive prospecting to secure project opportunities. A reliable vehicle and the ability to travel regionally are important requirements.

• Architectural sales experience is a plus.
• Experience presenting products to architects, designers, builders, or other industry professionals is a plus.
• Candidates living in Fort Worth, Arlington, or the surrounding area are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the Fort Worth territory.
• Prospect for and develop new customers, accounts, and project opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, builders, architects, distributors, and other industry professionals.
• Regularly visit customer showrooms to maintain displays, review samples, and ensure Bilco products are properly represented.
• Identify and qualify potential accounts and sales opportunities.
• Schedule appointments and conduct sales presentations with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer and project requirements and recommend appropriate Bilco products.
• Prepare pricing, quotes, credit terms, and orders.
• Close sales by building relationships, communicating product and service capabilities, addressing customer concerns, and following opportunities through completion.
• Expand existing accounts by introducing additional products, colors, and applications.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activity and communicate relevant information to the sales team.
• Identify opportunities for new products and services based on customer and market needs.
• Participate in industry associations, networking events, trade shows, educational opportunities, and other events that promote Bilco Brick.
• Maintain consistent communication with Bilco's internal sales and operations teams.
