Sales Talent, Inc. in Fort Worth is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to own and grow an established book of business.

You will inherit a ~$2M book with commissions transferring to you immediately, and you’ll work with a recruiting and delivery team to win new logos in a multi-category staffing market. This hybrid role offers a six-figure base, uncapped commissions, profit sharing after year two, and company-paid health insurance for you and your family.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of outside sales experience.
• Proven track record managing and growing client relationships.
• Real new business development ability.
• Comfortable selling face-to-face and spending meaningful time in the field.
• Stable career history.

Responsabilités

• Manage inherited ~$2M book of business and earn commissions on the life of each client relationship.
• Build deeper relationships with long-term clients who already know the firm.
• Develop new business across the Fort Worth market.
• Sell across multiple staffing categories: office/clerical, professional staffing, IT, accounting/finance, call center, and direct placement.
• Partner with internal recruiting teams to stay focused on clients.
• Expand current accounts by introducing additional service lines.
