Job summary

Origence, Fort Worth, TX-based fintech leader, seeks a Dealer Solutions Manager to enhance and monitor relationships with existing dealer clientele. You will drive dealer portal usage, product penetration, and revenue growth through in-person visits and strategic collaboration.

Responsibilities include relationship management, product development, and reporting, with up to 80% weekly travel and a valid driver’s license. Salary range is $65,000–$80,000 per year plus quarterly incentives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or commensurate experience.
• Three years indirect auto finance experience; Salesforce a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Foster and enhance dealer relationships across multiple levels through in-person visits.
• Train dealer personnel to increase portal usage and lender penetration.
• Consult with dealers on AutoSMART and Digital Retail marketing products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver market feedback and dealer support.
• Track activity using Salesforce and report trends to management.
