Job summary

Origence is seeking a Dealer Solutions Manager in Fort Worth, TX to strengthen and monitor relationships with existing dealer clients, driving portal usage and revenue growth. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver value across CUDL, AutoSMART, and Digital Retail products, while maintaining a high level of customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or commensurate experience.
• Three years successful experience in indirect auto finance industry or automotive digital retail marketing. Previous Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: foster and enhance relationships at multiple levels within the Dealer sales management vertical; in-person visits within assigned area to create an excellent dealer experience with CUDL.
• Trains dealer personnel in understanding lender programs to increase dealer portal usage and lender penetrations.
• Consults with existing Dealers regarding AutoSMART and Digital Retail marketing products to assist dealer positioning.
• Encourages strong partnership between Dealer and Lender clientele.
• Collaborates with Client and Product Support teams and internal Dealer Experience teams; field support and dealer/lender market feedback provided.
