Upgrade, Inc. is seeking a Dealer Development Manager to represent our Auto Finance division and grow dealer partnerships in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will collaborate with underwriting, credit, and sales teams to structure deals and drive activation with dealership partners.

You’ll travel locally, manage a weekly drive schedule, and use CRM tools to analyze territory performance while building long-lasting relationships to fuel growth and improve customer outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in indirect auto finance or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive sales growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
