LAUKOA is seeking a qualified Site Lead to support facilities operations at Fort Meade, Maryland. This senior role oversees daily maintenance, coordinates staff across trades, and ensures work meets safety and contract requirements, with hands-on duties as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in facilities maintenance and a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory capacity, plus experience with CMMS and government facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in facility maintenance, facility management, or O&M support.
• 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, institutional, secure, or Government facilities.
• Experience coordinating maintenance across multiple trades preferred.
• CMMS or work order system experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support daily facilities maintenance operations for assigned locations.
• Coordinate daily work assignments for maintenance personnel and support staff.
• Monitor staff performance and help ensure work is completed within required timeframes.
• Perform hands‑on maintenance work on equipment, building systems and facility components as needed.
• Support preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, service orders, inspections, and repair activities.
