Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a qualified General Maintenance Worker to support facilities operations at Fort Meade, Maryland. This position performs preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and general repair tasks to ensure Government facilities remain safe, reliable, and operational.

The selected candidate will support day-to-day maintenance activities while maintaining compliance with contract requirements, applicable regulations, and established safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience performing facilities or general maintenance.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance in governmental facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Government facilities and equipment.
• Carry out general building repairs including carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, doors, ceilings, plumbing fixtures.
• Repair or replace facility hardware, lighting components, fixtures, and related equipment.
• Inspect facilities and identify maintenance deficiencies.
