Job summary

LAUKOA, a federal contractor focused on facilities and mission-critical services, seeks a General Maintenance Worker to support operations at Fort Meade, Maryland. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and installations, ensure safety, and document work orders while following contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Minimum of three years in facilities or general maintenance.
• Ability to operate maintenance tools safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on facilities.
• Carry out carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing and general repairs.
• Inspect facilities and address maintenance deficiencies.
• Document work orders and maintain accurate records.
