Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking an On-site Project Manager to lead facilities operations at Fort Meade, Maryland. This role manages contract performance, coordinating maintenance, staffing, subcontractors, quality control, safety, and customer communication to ensure work is completed safely and on time.

The ideal candidate will have five years in facilities maintenance or O&M, supervisory experience, ability to read contracts, strong leadership, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related degree preferred.
• Degree in facilities management, construction management, business, or engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations to meet contract requirements.
• Serve as primary on-site point of contact for Government representatives and vendors.
• Oversee maintenance personnel, supervisors, subcontractors, and support staff.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure work orders are tracked and completed per contract.
• Coordinate with quality control and safety personnel to meet standards.
• Support development of project plans, reports, and schedules.
• Communicate work status and service requests with Government representatives.
