Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking an On-site Project Manager to lead facilities operations at Fort Meade, Maryland. You will oversee maintenance, work control, staffing, subcontractors, safety, and customer communication, serving as the primary on-site contact for contract performance.

You will ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, in accordance with contract requirements, coordinating with Government representatives and internal teams to maintain project plans and deliverables.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree preferred.
• Minimum five years in facilities maintenance/operations.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating contracts.
• Experience with work orders, PMs, service calls, and documentation.
• Experience with government or commercial facilities.
• Ability to read contracts and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for Government reps and vendors.
• Oversee maintenance personnel, supervisors, subcontractors, and staff.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure work orders are assigned, tracked, and completed per contract.
• Communicate work status and contract performance to stakeholders.
