Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking an on-site Project Manager to lead facilities operations at Fort Meade, Maryland. You will manage maintenance, staffing, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance while serving as the primary on-site contact for contract performance.

The role requires five years in facilities or related fields, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate across trades. A TS/SCI clearance and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years in facilities maintenance/operations and maintenance or related fields.
• Experience in supervisory or project coordination role.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, institutional, or Government facilities.
• Ability to read/interpret contract requirements, scopes, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations and contract performance.
• Act as on-site point of contact for Government representatives and vendors.
• Oversee maintenance personnel, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance and service calls.
• Monitor work orders, documentation, and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with safety and quality staff to meet requirements.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and contract deliverables.
• Communicate status and field issues to stakeholders regularly.
