Impact Ministry Training Center (IMTC) is seeking a Formation & Engagement Coordinator to organize leadership formation programs and coordinate participant experiences. You will partner with pastors, churches, and nonprofit leaders to plan cohorts, retreats, and learning events.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, coordination, and culturally responsive leadership development within a mission-driven ministry environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in ministry, nonprofit leadership, or related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating leadership programs, cohorts, retreats, or large events preferred.
• Experience supporting participant engagement, program coordination, or volunteer management preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and collaborative platforms.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate initiatives that support transformational learning and Christian formation across IMTC programs.
• Manage participant registration, onboarding, scheduling, learning materials, and event preparation.
• Foster meaningful participant experiences to strengthen engagement, connection, and leadership development.
• Collaborate with program staff, churches, and partners to support program delivery and alignment with IMTC priorities.
• Support culturally responsive and theologically grounded leadership formation experiences.
