Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant focused on Forma Industry Cloud for Construction to help General Contractors and Trade Contractors adopt digital workflows across planning, design, build, and operate stages.

You will lead end-to-end implementations, train users, tailor workflows, and partner with sales to drive adoption and value realization. This North America-focused role requires strong communication and industry insight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry, with GC/Trade Contractors experience.
• Deep understanding of the full building lifecycle (plan, design, build, operate).
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Familiar with SaaS technology and software adoption best practices.
• Ability to apply adult learning concepts in professional settings.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer engagements.
• Experience with Forma, Preconstruction, Build, or related Autodesk solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements.
• Assess workflows and recommend Forma Industry Cloud best practices.
• Align digital workflows to business priorities across lifecycle stages.
• Configure customer-specific workflows, permissions, and data structures.
• Deliver role-based training for project stakeholders.
• Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live projects.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams on planning and success strategies.
• Stay current on Forma capabilities and roadmap developments.
