Job summary

Autodesk in the United States seeks an Implementation Consultant for Forma Industry Cloud for Construction. You will help General Contractors and Trade Contractors adopt digital solutions to transform workflows across plan, design, build, and operate lifecycle.

You will lead end-to-end implementation, deliver training, and align workflows with client priorities, collaborating with product and sales teams to share field feedback and influence roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the AEC industry with GC/Trade Contractor exposure.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• General understanding of SaaS technology and software adoption best practices.
• Ability to apply adult learning concepts in professional settings.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements.
• Assess workflows and recommend best practices using Forma Industry Cloud solutions.
• Configure customer workflows, permissions, and data structures per requirements.
• Deliver role-based training for project stakeholders (design, PM, field, exec).
• Collaborate with sales and account teams on planning and success strategies.
• Stay current on Forma capabilities and roadmap developments.
