Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant focused on Forma Industry Cloud for Construction to guide customers through the entire adoption lifecycle, from workflow assessment to training and ongoing adoption. You will work with General Contractors and Trade Contractors primarily in North America, translating business priorities into actionable configurations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the AEC industry with GC/Trade Contractor experience.
• Deep understanding of the full building lifecycle.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; SaaS adoption knowledge; travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and engagements focused on Forma Build and Preconstruction.
• Partner with customers to assess workflows across planning, design, construction, and operations, and recommend best practices using Forma Industry Cloud solutions.
• Help customers align digital workflows to business priorities across the plan, design, build, and operate lifecycle.
• Configure customer-specific workflows, permissions, and data structures based on customer requirements, organizational priorities, and delivery models.
• Deliver role-based training for all project stakeholders, including design teams, project management, field professionals, and executive audiences.
• Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in both live project environments and broader organizational transformation initiatives.
• Partner with sales and account teams on implementation planning, customer success strategies, and expansion opportunities.
• Stay current on Forma capabilities, roadmap developments, and industry best practices across the building lifecycle.
• Share implementation insights and customer feedback with Autodesk product teams to help shape future product direction.
