Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant focused on Forma Industry Cloud for Construction General Contractors and Trade Contractors. You will lead end-to-end implementation, train teams, and help customers adopt digital solutions across planning, design, build, and operate lifecycle.

Based in North America, you will partner with customers to define workflows, configure solutions, deliver training, and drive lasting adoption while collaborating with product and sales teams to align with

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the AEC industry with GC/Trade Contractors.
Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
Understanding of full lifecycle from planning to operations.
Ability to travel up to 50% for customer engagements.
Experience with Forma Industry Cloud solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting for Forma Build and Preconstruction.
Assess workflows across planning, design, construction, and operations; recommend best practices.
Configure customer workflows, permissions, and data structures per requirements.
Deliver role-based training for project stakeholders and executives.
Coach teams on digital workflow adoption in live projects and broader transformation.
Collaborate with sales on implementation planning, success strategies, and expansion.
