Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the AEC industry with GC/trade contractor exposure.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executives and project teams.
• Willing to travel up to 50% to support customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementations, trainings, and consulting engagements.
• Assess customer workflows across planning, design, construction and operations to recommend best practices.
• Configure customer-specific workflows, permissions, and data structures.
• Deliver role-based training for all stakeholders including design teams and executives.
• Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live projects and broader transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales on implementation planning, success strategies, and expansion opportunities.
• Stay current on Forma capabilities and roadmaps; share feedback with product teams.
