Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant focused on Forma Industry Cloud for Construction General Contractors and Trade Contractors. You will lead end-to-end product implementation, training, and engagements to translate workflows into Forma solutions.

This North American-focused role reports to the Adoption Services team and requires strong communication, project leadership, and the ability to travel up to 50% to support customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry or closely with GCs/Trade Contractors.
• Ability to lead end-to-end implementation, training, and advisory engagements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SaaS adoption, change management, and adult learning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements focused on Forma Build and Preconstruction.
• Partner with customers to assess workflows and recommend best practices using Forma Industry Cloud solutions.
• Deliver role-based training for project stakeholders including design teams, project management, and field professionals.
• Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live projects and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams on implementation planning and customer success strategies.
