Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant focused on Forma Industry Cloud for Construction to guide customers through workflows, configuration, and adoption across planning, design, build, and operate phases.

You will partner with North American accounts, especially General Contractors and Trade Contractors, to align digital workflows with business priorities and share feedback with product teams. This role reports to Adoption Services and offers meaningful, field-driven impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the AEC industry with GC/Trade contractor exposure.
• Deep understanding of full building lifecycle from planning to operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements.
• Assess workflows and recommend best practices using Forma Industry Cloud.
• Configure customer workflows, permissions, and data structures.
• Deliver role-based training for project stakeholders and executives.
• Collaborate with sales on implementation planning and success strategies.
• Stay current on Forma capabilities and share customer feedback with product teams.
