Job summary

Autodesk seeks an Implementation Consultant focused on Forma Industry Cloud for Construction. You will lead end‑to‑end implementations, train customers, and align digital workflows with business priorities across plan, design, build, and operate stages.

The role emphasizes North American accounts, collaboration with sales teams, and driving adoption of Forma solutions. You will partner with customers to map workflows, deliver training, and share feedback with product teams to influence roadmap.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the AEC industry, with direct experience serving General Contractors or Trade Contractors.
Strong communication and presentation skills capable of engaging project teams and executives.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% for in-person customer engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements focused on Forma Build and Preconstruction.
Partner with customers to assess workflows and recommend best practices using Forma Industry Cloud solutions.
Configure customer-specific workflows, permissions, and data structures; deliver role-based training for stakeholders.
Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live project environments and organizational transformation.
