Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant focused on Forma Industry Cloud for Construction General Contractors and Trade Contractors. You will lead implementations, deliver training, and guide adoption of digital solutions across the plan, design, build, and operate lifecycle for North American General Contractors and Trade Contractors.

This role primarily supports North American accounts, with a focus on strategic GC and trade contractor customers.

Qualifications

5+ years in the AEC industry with GC/Trade Contractor experience.
Deep understanding of the full building lifecycle (plan, design, build, operate).
Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
Travel up to 50% for customer engagements and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Forma product implementations, training, and consulting engagements.
Assess workflows across planning, design, construction, and operations; recommend best practices.
Align digital workflows to business priorities across the lifecycle.
Configure customer-specific workflows, permissions, and data structures.
Deliver role-based training for project stakeholders.
Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live projects.
Collaborate with sales on implementation planning and customer success.
