Advanced Drainage Systems is seeking a Yard Loader to safely load and unload deliveries, operate a forklift, and maintain quality and inventory in a fast-paced warehouse. The role requires strong safety focus, reliability, and customer service when interacting with drivers and customers.

Expect 40+ hours weekly, with weekend shifts as needed. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic inventory skills, and a willingness to learn pipe specifications and packaging

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift operation and basic inventory skills are needed.
• Ability to learn pipe specs and packaging requirements.

Responsibilities

• Embrace a culture of safety and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Operate forklift and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Conduct final inspections and label finished goods for quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and proper product rotation.
• Provide courteous customer service during loading/unloading.
• Support continuous improvement and housekeeping efforts.
• Participate in company training to grow skills and earnings.
• Other duties as assigned.
