Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. seeks a Yard Loader to safely load and unload deliveries, operate a forklift, and perform basic inventory tasks.

The role requires a strong safety mindset, good customer service, and the ability to work 40+ hours per week with weekend flexibility. You will interact with company and non-company drivers, coordinate with the Yard Supervisor, and participate in ongoing training and career growth within ADS's extensive network.

Qualifications

• Basic inventory management skills and forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Embrace a culture of safety and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Maintain a safe working environment with PPE at all times.
• Safely operate a forklift and perform preventative maintenance on forklifts and machines.
• Ensure quality by final visual inspections and labeling of finished goods.
• Provide strong customer service when loading/unloading deliveries and minimize errors.
• Track inventory levels and ensure proper product rotation.
• Learn pipe specifications and packaging requirements; stay current.
• Support process improvements and facility housekeeping.
