Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Yard Loader to safely load and unload deliveries and support day-to-day yard operations. The role emphasizes safe vehicle operation, accurate loading practices, and strong customer-service interactions with drivers and customers.

The position requires working 40+ hours per week, including weekends as needed, and reporting to the Yard Supervisor/Manager. Previous warehouse experience and a safety-first mindset are valued in ADS’s fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented with safety focus.
• Basic inventory management and forklift operation knowledge.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload deliveries safely and accurately.
• Operate forklifts and maintain equipment per safety standards.
• Inspect finished goods and ensure proper labeling.
• Maintain inventory tracking and product rotation.
• Provide courteous customer service during loading/unloading.
• Report hazards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
