Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is hiring a Yard Loader to safely load and unload deliveries, operate a forklift, and ensure quality control. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer service as part of a busy warehouse and manufacturing environment.

You will work 40+ hours per week, including weekends as needed, reporting to the Yard Supervisor or Yard Manager. Prior warehouse experience and a High School Diploma are preferred, with comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, industrial or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload deliveries safely and accurately.
• Operate a forklift and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Conduct final quality inspections and label finished goods.
• Maintain a safe work environment and use PPE as required.
• Provide good customer service when handling deliveries and will-call orders.
• Track inventory levels and rotate products as needed.
• Support continuous improvement and housekeeping in the facility.
