Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Yard Loader to safely load and unload deliveries at our Houston site.

The role requires forklift operation, adherence to safety protocols, and strong customer service when interacting with drivers and customers. You will rotate stock, inspect goods, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while working 40+ hours per week, including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with forklift operation and basic inventory handling is preferred.
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload deliveries safely and accurately.
• Operate forklift and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Inspect finished goods, label items, and ensure quality.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper product rotation.
• Provide excellent customer service during loading/unloading.
• Stay compliant with safety procedures and PPE usage.
