Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Yard Loader to safely load and unload deliveries and operate forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer service as you interact with drivers and will-call customers.

Weekend work may be required, and the position reports to the Yard Supervisor/Manager. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, able to work independently or in teams, and possess basic math and inventory skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, industrial or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Embrace a culture of safety and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Safely operate a forklift and perform routine maintenance.
• Load/unload deliveries accurately and provide good customer service.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper product rotation.
• Support continuous improvement and workplace housekeeping.
