Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Yard Loader in Sebring, FL to safely load and unload deliveries and support yard operations.

You will operate forklifts, perform visual inspections, and assist with inventory control while delivering strong customer service to drivers and will-call customers. The role requires a safety-first attitude, ability to work 40+ hours including weekends, and willingness to learn pipe specifications and packaging requirements; prior warehouse experience is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse, industrial or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Embrace a culture of safety; communicate unsafe conditions immediately.
• Safely operate a forklift and perform preventive maintenance on forklifts and other plant machines.
• Conduct final visual inspections and label all finished goods to ensure quality.
• Provide strong customer service when loading/unloading deliveries and assist drivers and will-call customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper product rotation and tracking.
• Learn pipe specifications and packaging requirements; contribute to process improvements and housekeeping.
