Job summary

Performance Food Group supports a distribution network in Springfield, MO, seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator, Non Formula. You will move and store goods, operate forklift and pallet jack, and ensure accuracy and safety during your shift.

Requirements include 6+ months warehouse experience and the ability to lift up to 90 pounds, with overtime availability. GMP and safety standards apply, with Day 1 benefits and a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution experience.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime.
• Able to lift 10-90 pounds and work in multi-temperature environments.
• Post-offer drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Locate proper slots on storage racks and set pallets with forklift or hand stack.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock and rotate stock as needed.
• Move items to appropriate areas and perform material handling tasks.
• Follow safety policies, perform equipment safety checks, and document inspections.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork and maintain a clean work area.
