Job summary

Performance Food Group in Oak Creek, WI is seeking a Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to safely move freight and support efficient warehouse operations. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, stage products, and assist in stocking while adhering to GMP and safety standards in a multi-temperature environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Able to work overtime as needed.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift 10–90 pounds; repetitive movements.
• Able to work in cooler, freezer, and dry locations.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, and reach truck.
• Move incoming freight to inventory and replenish pick slots.
• Ensure safety and GMP standards are followed; maintain clean work area.
• Inspect items for damage and record data as required.
• Support warehouse efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.
