Job summary

Performance Food Group's Performance Foodservice division is seeking a Loader, Non-Formula to support its Wisconsin distribution operations in Oak Creek. You will safely load pallets, operate forklifts or pallet jacks, and prepare shipments according to a loading plan, helping keep products moving efficiently.

This role requires 6+ months in a warehouse setting, ability to lift up to 90 pounds, and willingness to work overtime in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly up to 90 pounds.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Overtime availability as needed.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Transports items to be shipped into the trailer with a forklift, pallet jack or by hand according to a loading plan.
• Moves outgoing products from staging area to the loading dock with forklift.
• Wraps pallets and secures loads with labels as needed.
• Locates trailer slots, positions loads, and secures the load.
• Removes empty pallets and packing materials to proper receptacles.
• Inspects pallets for damage and moves them to storage as required.
• Keeps warehouse and loading dock area clean and safe.
• Follows safety policies and uses required PPE.
• Performs equipment safety checks and prep for operations.
• Meets productivity and accuracy standards per location.
• Assists order selectors and performs other duties as assigned.
• Completes end-of-shift paperwork and secures equipment.
