Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator, Non Formula, in Wisconsin. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move inbound freight to inventory, replenish pick slots, and maintain accurate location data while following GMP and safety standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining productivity and quality, performing safety checks, and complying with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift; able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to 60-90 pounds, depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer and dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move freight.
• Replenish pick slots and rotate stock; ensure accurate inventory location data.
• Adhere to safety policies and GMP; keep work area tidy and safe.
