Job summary

Performance Food Group, including Performance Foodservice, is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to move goods safely and efficiently within our Oak Creek, Wisconsin facility. You will operate forklift, pallet jack, and reach truck, while ensuring data accuracy and adherence to GMP standards.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months of warehouse experience, can lift up to 90 lbs, and are comfortable in cooler/freezer environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime.
• Able to lift 10–35 lbs and up to 60–90 lbs depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift/pallet jack/reach truck to move goods.
• Enter product data and location into system.
• Replenish pick slots and ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Perform safety checks and maintain clean work area.
• Complete paperwork at end of shift and report unsafe conditions.
