Job summary

Performance Food Group seeks a Forklift Operator, Non Formula, at our Oak Creek warehouse. You will move pallets, load/unload, and maintain accurate inventory while following GMP and safety policies.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 90 pounds, and working in a multi-temperature environment. Training includes safety checks, equipment prep, and end-of-shift paperwork. Day 1 benefits accompany competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 90 lbs and work in multiple temperatures.
• Drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Locate proper slot on storage racks and place pallets using forklift or manual handling.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock; rotate stock and remove outdated inventory.
• Disperse over-stocked items to available slots for temporary storage.
• Remove empty pallets and packing materials to proper areas.
• Inspect pallets and move them as needed; follow safety procedures.
