Performance Food Group is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Oak Creek, WI. You will handle material movement, operate forklift and pallet jack, and ensure safe, accurate stocking and order fulfillment in a multi-temperature environment.

This role requires high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months in warehousing, and the ability to lift up to 90 pounds and work overtime as needed. Training and safety gear provided.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products up to 90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Aufgaben

• Locates proper slot on storage racks and places pallets with forklift or hand stack.
• Locates and counts incoming freight and transports to freezer with forklift/pallet jack.
• Replenishes pick slots with outgoing stock items per next day work orders.
• Rotates stock to front and removes outdated inventory per policy.
• Disperses excess items to available slots for temporary storage.
• Removes empty pallets and inspects/drones pallets for damage; moves with pallet jack.
• Follows safety policies and reports unsafe conditions immediately.
• Performs safety checks, prepares supplies, and ensures PPE usage.
• Completes end-of-shift paperwork and secures equipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
