Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking motivated Forklift Operators to join our Pennsylvania operations team. You will safely operate forklifts to move materials, load and unload trailers, and support production to keep orders moving.

We value safety, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. If you have forklift experience or certification, we offer training. You should be comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred; training provided.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Load & Unload with Precision: Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers, supporting production teams.
• Safety First, Always: Follow all safety protocols and help achieve zero incidents.
• Sort & Support: Hand-sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Keep It Moving: Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay Clean & Organized: Practice “Clean as You Go” and maintain a safe workspace.
• Lift & Move: Perform physical tasks as needed, up to 70 lbs, throughout the shift.
