Responsibilities include operating forklifts safely, loading/unloading, sorting pallets, maintaining production pace, and lifting up to 70 lbs. We offer comprehensive benefits, on-the-job training, and a team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification preferred, but on-the-job training available.
• Experience with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision using forklifts.
• Follow safety protocols to achieve zero incidents.
• Sort pallets by product and ensure quality.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
• Lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
