Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision: Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers, supporting production teams.
• Safety first, always: Follow all safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents.
• Sort & support: Hand-sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Keep it moving: Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Stay clean & organized: Practice “Clean as You Go” to maintain a safe, tidy workspace.
• Lift & move: Be ready for physical work — lifting up to 70 lbs and repetitive motions.
