Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred, but training available.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with forklifts to move materials and support production teams.
• Follow all safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organized via Clean as You Go practices.
• Lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions throughout shift.
