Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking energetic, safety-minded individuals to join our operations team as Forklift Operators, a vital role that keeps production running smoothly and our customers satisfied.

You will operate forklifts to load/unload, sort pallets, and maintain a safe, organized workspace. The role requires physical work, up to 70 lbs, and a positive attitude in a diverse team setting.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience and certification preferred — but we’ll train and certify you if needed!
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision by safely operating forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents each shift.
• Sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep workspace clean and organized with a “Clean as You Go” mindset.
• Be ready for physical work — lifting up to 70 lbs and repetitive motions.
